Is there a real science to the laws of attraction?is there actual evidence it works?

and how do you ise it effectively and properly thanks if someone could explain to me

I’d say LOA is a "science", the problem is currently we don’t know how to measure it.

I was thinking about something similar, where somebody quoted a source (glorified blog) and I thought about the following:

Things we know and trust, yet can’t measure or at least to the best of my knowledge

Religion – look at a dollar bill. "In God we trust". I was thinking about the whole ‘saint’ process, But that is another post!
Gravity
The weight of wind.
The world was thought to be flat at one point.
Your thoughts do influence your health, but we can’t measure, how much, when and where. Although Dr. Hammer has some interesting ideas.

Science and measuring as done some amazing things for the world. Yet, it has also stopped, curtailed and broken many things. Since things could not be measured.

Some things you can’t measure or don’t want to. Yet, if they serve you (LOA) why change or question it? After all if we could measure and quantify LOA, how much impact would that have on the world and medical community at large? The most tested drug is the sugar pill (placebo effect), yet you can’t buy it over the counter. Don’t you find that a little strange.

Think of it another way. Where as we defend LOA and think it is great because it works for us. Why do so many dismiss it? Yet, a little further inquiry normally points to the fact that they have not used the steps or have on something massive and it didn’t work out for them.

The irony is, we don’t learn like that. We have an end goal in mind which is important to us. Keep going, changing and practising until we get our end result. – If that wasn’t the case, none or use would walk, talk, tie shoe laces or ride a bike. Oh you want something bigger. There would be no car, planes, hospitals or medical science. Then again, LOA doesn’t work right?

Evolution…. what traits you find most attracting are a result of natural selection

No. There is no scientific basis to the "Law of Attraction", or anything else you saw in the secret. There is also no evidence that it works.

Let’s see what’s wrong with it:

    * It claims that the universe somehow responds to people’s thoughts. There is no known mechanism by which this could work, nor is there any evidence to suggest that the universe responds to people’s thoughts by an unknown mechanism. "Thoughts" are basically just electromagnetic signals, which do not travel an appreciable distance beyond your brain (you need an MRI or PET scan to view brain activity), and would be swamped by all sorts of other signals from modern technology (why exactly doesn’t the universe respond to mobile phone signals, for instance?)

    * There is no statistical evidence that anyone using the Law of Attraction has gained something they would have done without using it.

    * There is no historical evidence that any of the historical figures mentioned in "The Secret" were involved in any way.

There is no Law of Attraction or any secret powers, I’m afraid.

Yes, just put a north pole magnet to a south pole and you will see proof of the attraction….scientifically

    Hi Clara,

Questions such as ‘Do you believe in the Law Of Attraction?’ Is the Law Of Attraction real? Does the Law Of Attraction really work? Does it really exist? Is there any scientific basis to it?

These same questions are being asked AT LEAST once every other day both in Yahoo and all over the internet.
There are many people who are quick to say it’s a ‘scam’ and label it B.S., rubbish, pseudoscience, a sham religion, etc………. others say it’s real without giving a detailed explanation.

Let’s put this issue to rest. The Law Of Attraction exists and is REAL. It has been around since the beginning of time, just like gravity. Everyone believes in gravity and no one questions it because gravity’s effects are IMMEDIATE. If you jump out of a five story building, you’ll fall down in no time.

People have a hard time accepting the Law Of Attraction because UNLIKE gravity, there’s always a TIME DELAY associated with it.Your thoughts and emotions are INVISIBLE waves of energy, similar to radio waves. These invisible waves of energy take TIME to manifest into actual physical reality we can see with our eyes. When people think and feel a negative thought today and something bad happens to them days later, they don’t associate the thought as having caused the effect.

Nobel Prize Winner Werner Heisenberg, one of the pioneers of modern quantum physics, said, "Consciousness can shape reality."

The Secret was a well made movie. However, the Law Of Attraction is more complicated than what the movie teaches. There is MUCH more to the whole manifesting process. The movie should have made that clear, but it did NOT. When people who tried to follow what the movie taught and it didn’t work for them, they started to have doubts and began to think it isn’t real. The people and critics who were skeptical from the beginning were quick to say it’s not real and is a scam or pseudoscience.

(That is part of the problem. The other problem is that many books out there teaching the Law Of Attraction are INCOMPLETE and are more motivational than anything else. Also, they present the information in such a manner that the average person has a hard time putting the information into practical use to get some real results.)

The popular statement: "Whatever you spend your time and energy focusing on will eventually come to you" is true, BUT NOT THE FULL STORY. It is an oversimplification. You can’t teach someone to bake a special cake by only telling them to ‘get the right ingredients’. You need to go into the specifics such as which ingredients, how to properly mix, the right baking temperature, etc…..If even ONE step along the way isn’t done correctly, the outcome will not be favorable.

So, it’s NOT only about thinking what you want all the time and it appears right in front of you.

There is a step by step scientific process to making the law of attraction work. The problem is most people never learn the whole process. All books (including The Secret) out there seem to give bits of info here and there. Some give too much information, not enough or, are so hard to understand that people are never able to apply any of the information they learn.

If the law of attraction isn’t working for you, you probably don’t have all the information you need as well as explained to you in a manner in which you can understand and APPLY it.

The law of attraction is something I’ve been studying my entire life. I recently wrote a book called TOTAL LAW OF ATTRACTION which is now available online. Check out the video introduction on YouTube:

I also have a website below where you can download the first few chapters of the book for FREE. Try it at no obligation and see if it’s what you’re looking for.

    Best wishes!
