SALESFORCE.COM DREAMFORCE Knowledge Infusion, a worldwide leader in helping organizations transform the way HR organizations leverage emerging technology to drive business results, and Salesforce Work.com, the worlds first social performance management platform, announced today their plans to help companies align, engage, and drive performance by adopting the Work.com platform. Under this new agreement, Knowledge Infusion will provide comprehensive consulting and advisory services for customers looking to utilize Work.com to reinvent the way people work, and will be expanding an existing partnership with Appirio to furnish expanded technical services for Work.com implementations. The announcement was made today at salesforce.coms Dreamforce 2012 in San Francisco.
With more than 350 global customers, Knowledge Infusion is well positioned as an industry thought leader in HR and talent management consulting, to help organizations transition to this new era of real-time, collaborative tools designed to connect, engage, motivate, and align the workforce in the course of their daily work, not as part of an HR process.
Were thrilled to work with a partner such as Knowledge Infusion who truly understands not only how to think about the future of work, but how to help organizations transition and transform to prepare for this change, said Daniel Debow, VP Strategy for Salesforce Work.com.
Traditionally these tools have been used by HR, and here we have an opportunity to put them in the hands of the workforce in a way that will reinvent the way we work. Organizations must adapt the way they manage talent. Knowledge Infusion are experts at helping organizations rethink old ways through new technology. We are very pleased to welcome them to the Work.com ecosystem and know they will help us on our journey to create the future of work.
Knowledge Infusion has a track record of working with organizations that view the future of work through an innovative and future-oriented lens, said Jason Averbook, Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Infusion. The work that salesforce.com has done – and will continue to do – will transform talent management from solely an HR function to an enterprise function that combines social, collaborative, and innovative thinking to drive real-time business results.
Earlier this year, Knowledge Infusion announced KI One; an integrated methodology assuring the creation, delivery and extensibility of business strategies by leveraging enabling HR and talent management technologies. In addition, the company offers KI OnDemand, which provides organizations with the business and operational agility required to support the rapidly changing needs of its HR function by delivering consulting and advisory services on a subscription basis. The methodology around both KI One and KI OnDemand will be leveraged to bring consistent and transformative thinking to those looking to move to the new offering from Salesforce.com.
In addition, Knowledge Infusion will also be expanding its partnership with Appirio, a global technology-enabled cloud service provider, to furnish additional technical services to assist in enabling Work.com to the enterprise. The expanded partnership builds on an existing relationship where Knowledge Infusion and Appirio have been working together to deliver Workday global services.
We are very excited that Knowledge Infusion has chosen Appirio as its delivery partner for the Work.com platform, said Narinder Singh, Chief Strategy Officer at Appirio. The combination of Knowledge Infusions strategy consulting and Appirios technical innovation has helped existing Workday clients, and the expansion of the partnership to include Work.com is a win-win for customers.
Knowledge Infusions CEO, Jason Averbook will present, The Future of Talent Management at Dreamforce 2012 on Wednesday, September 19th in San Francisco, CA.
